                    The Plot

Two months after he begins his tenure as an educator & less than a year after graduating college, a young white man witnesses an older white customer
mistreat two African-American students who walk into a restaurant & sit down to have milkshakes.  The young man has ten seconds to decide -- "Is that my business? And if it is, what if anything can I do about it?" The story looks at the people, places and experiences growing up that shaped the young man's decision in that 'ten second' moment & the sustained ripple effect of his actions on that day.  Based on the true story of Greg Forbes Siegman
